I really like the idea of link journalism. Sometimes it is really hard to find other information on a subject, but with linking, it is all right there for you. It will also give you a more vast variety of people's thoughts. You can get different sides of the story, as well as new info that you haven't seen before.

Interviewing Tips

After reading the article about getting good audio in an interview, I found it very relevant to a past problem I had with it. I had an interview two years ago with a cross-country runner from UW Parkside. He talked very quietly so i turned the volume on the recorder. I had the sound come back so bad that I couldn't understand it at all. After reading this article, I now know that I need to get the recorder closer to him. It was a good article with plenty of good tips.

Linking = Building Your Relevancy

I thought this blog was pretty good in showing how linking and search engines can conincide. I really thought though that the first line of this blog was extremely cheesy, "So for all of you who guessed linking would be this week’s topic, you get a gold star." It is key in linking to get good external links so that you can be credible, as well as getting your name out onto the web.
